ABOUT ME

Dr. Patrick G. Murphy

I graduated from the University of Ottawa Medical School in 1985. 

After spending three years in Kingston in a General Surgery residency, I returned to Ottawa for a further three years of Otolaryngology - Head and Neck Surgery (surgery relating to the ear, nose and throat).

I continued my training with a fellowship in Otology at the University of Minnesota and the Minnesota Ear, Head, and Neck Clinic.

​

I returned to Ottawa to establish my practice in 1992.   

Since then, I have placed particular emphasis on keeping up with innovations in diagnostics while expanding the range of available treatments. These include laser surgery for the treatment of snoring,  laser vein removal, laser hair removal as well as facial rejuvenation using injectables, lasers and cosmeceuticals.
